this is a perfect ending to Star Wars. Anakin fulfils his destiny to bring balance to the force as the chosen one and does what he wanted to do- *save who he loved.* Shame on Disney for ruining this perfect ending and just bringing back Palpatine which defeats the point of any of these movies.

I always interpreted "ive always known" as ohhhh yeah ok that explains the weird connection I always felt with you, in a way i feel like subconsciously ive always known we were connected not "yeah i knew you were my brother thats why i kissed you :D"

I absolutely despise George Lucas for selling Star Wars so Disney could ruin my childhood love. I can understand he didn't want to spend another 12 years making his sequel trilogy but he could have written the scripts and gotten others to direct his vision. It's amazing that Leia never turned to the dark side, given all the crap she has dealt with, having her planet and family destroyed, now realizing Vader, who tortured her, is actually her real father, having her love being frozen for quite some time, ect.

Besides getting third degree burns all over his body, the dark side aged Anakin so horribly. It drained the life out of him, taking away more than it could ever give back. Plus having to literally live inside a metal suit felt more like a coffin than anything else. No wonder he was so angry and pissed off all the time.
