Finally a video that clearly explains the difference without complicating it.

Graeat video. Your accountability partnerships reminds me of my business partner and my story. Good advice on the check in and shared google docs! Also love the shout out to journaling and reflecting!

I love writing stuff down, but I NEED to get it on my calendar, or I won't follow it or forget it because I don't carry the book with me everywhere. How do you use the planner in that way? Transfer it to your digital calendar?

The video says that the goal is "write more" but the actual example in the video is "spend quality time with the family"?

Dearest Cathryn, thank you so much for giving us this view into how YOU use it. I was a little unclear before about the goals page and you helped me understand it in a way that I now can't wait to put into action. Thanks for this whole thing. I've been using BestSelf Journal for years now (since 2017?) And it is truly inspiring.

I love, love, love, this concept! I wish I'd been exposed to this one earlier in my life. I wonder where I'd be now? Well, enough of the dwelling on the past, time to get started fixing it today!!

Consider turning off your background music, it's just a noise with no added value. Otherwise, your video is good

The old version was better.

Why would I use the freedom pages to write the parts from the old version? If I wanted to write on dotted pages I would use a bullet journal. The old version was better. I am disappointed that crucial parts were taken out. There's no monthly review and other things. These changes have caused loyal customers to give up on the brand. Time to look for a new planner.

"When we're not focused, it feels like we should do everything, just in case that's the route we want to take." I don't think I've ever heard this expressed better. Story of my life. Thank you! Going to go journal about this now...

Thank you so much. Much much helpful insight. I've always been a bigger picture person but I fall short when it comes to specific stuff like actions, goals and taticts. Stratagies and tactics are both very useful and complimentary. It's gonna be a big lesson for me in 2022. Thank you again.

I want my 7 months old baby boy to become MMA professional in the future...I have no idea from where should I start,or what types of training required and what age will be appropriate to start self training at home....can you please guide me with this? Because my self also,I know nothing about MMA(meaning I am zero skill with regards to MMA)but still I want my son to learn it and to be a professional with the sport but not to use MMA skill inappropriately in public which is not acceptable...

How sad so few are comment on the video. Something so useful not being shared and used is sad. They asked for feedback, come on journal writers, give feedback. They are here to help you, take a moment to answer. This is all new to me. I turned 59 yesterday but I have a very influential family member who encouraged me to give this a try and it’s never to late to get a start on a better life.

Your help is great. I’d think you could be much more helpful just speaking slower and in more romantic way. I guess the best way of helping people to connect with our loved person is to talk slow and romantically. But the way you speak is like you are in war not in love.
