Yes, it is a safe place to raise family. Con is the long commute to Tempe or Chandler to work. Pro is the city is not crowded at all. Also pro is you can find all the shops from auto shops to grocery stores to restaurants all close by on Florence Blvd. It is very convenient to for me to go shopping. Walmart is literally five minutes away from my house.

So...this is driving THRU a dust storm in Tempe? You show us 8 minutes plus of driving along one of the ugliest concrete freeway corridors in the American West (it's not the landscape that's ugly, it's the freeway) with stormy conditions visible at times in the distance. Then, just as it looks like you're about to directly encounter a dust storm, the video is over. Not 1 second of "driving thru a dust storm". I used to visit Southern Arizona frequently and had a few dust storms in my way and they can be very nasty. Are you just another clickbait creator on YT? I want my 9:23 minutes back.

@@timmygdbe the con is that you have drive around 45 - 50 minutes to work in Tempe or Chandler roundtrip everyday. Unless you get to work from home, then you don't have to worry about commuting. The pro is that the city is not crowded with a lot of people unlike Chandler or Tempe. Also on Florence Blvd, you can find almost all the shops around conveniently, from restaurants to auto shops to dental offices, etc. It's like everything is on Florence Blvd and not far away, so convenient. Walmart is only a 5 minute drive from my house.
