Most people are OBLIVIOUS to the fact that without an ID Card, you cannot: • Get into a shelter • Get food stamps • Get a job • Get a hotel room • Get into a Salvation Army • Get food from a pantry • Get any healthcare • Get on Social Security • Get MediCal/Medicaid To add insult to injury, the cops STEAL Identification Cards from the homeless population to mess with them.

Enabling the homeless does not help . I tell this to people on youtube videos that show people driving around in cars with trunks full of food feeding droves of homeless people thinking they are doing God's work . I live in Manchester NH for example which has a growing homeless population mainly due to " DRUGS " as I'm 46 and have witnessed this first hand over the past 15 years . I take a long walk about 3 times a week as I often see boxes of food that have been donated by people like you tossed like trash and ignored full of sandwiches , fruits and vegetables . It's the equivalence of having a 30+ year old son that lives at home with his parents that barely works a part time job , smokes weed and plays video games all day . Why would the son want or have to work when Mommy and Daddy " enable " by paying all the bills as well as feed little Johnny . All they really want is cash to buy drugs , booze , cigarettes , to pay a cell phone bill , scratch tickets or a tent . Food is the last of their issues as churches and food pantries are everywhere , the homeless know how to get food for free . You're not helping by producing youtube videos for views to make yourself feel important . If anything you doing this makes the problem worse , if they were actually starving I guarantee that many of them would get their lives straight . The Economy has plenty of jobs as there's no excuse . Most are hardcore drug addicts , alcoholics , harcore Felons that nobody will hire as well as sex predators . If this were a mental Illness problem then why were American cities not over run with thousands of homeless people 12 years ago ? Did mental illness just come out of nowhere ? Is mental illness contagious ? No it's pure laziness , crime as well as drugs which is the main problem and the cause for this as all these problems were decisions . Ever notice that they always have a pre-made long story to tell you , it's all bullshit making you a sucker as they are street smart and they know what you want to hear. If you'd actually grew up or spent time on the streets and not just show up for a few minutes after leaving the suburbs to feed them like animals you'd know this . Are some of these people mentally ill ? Of course they are , but I'd wager at best about 10 % . The rest are bums that you're catering to . I even know a few people in my life that have become homeless due to drugs , do I feel bad ? Of course I do but even family and friends give up over years of catering to them .

You got hit with the regular Oregon sting they give you a fish for free after they've poisoned it or because you have to go past a cop in order to get back home and they know it and because you have to go past that cop you are obviously fishing right down there weren't you that's illegal and they know it's that you caught that fish down there or got that fish down there I should say because they gave it to you there's no way out of this because you accepted an illegal fish the only reason you are still allowed to fish the only reason you have any of your f****** tackle is because it was an Oregon State because it when it is not an Oregon State they take your license they take your Tackle Box they take your fishing pole and they take your truck they throw your ass in jail and somebody else has to come pick your ass up congratulations you have just been introduced to the Oregon version of leaving the kitchen
