I was having a completly odd issue where the sound would "skip" like a quick mute every 8-10 seconds. with a brand new right out of the box WB4 fully charged no matter the volume hi or low, this fixed it. thank you. was ready to throw it away

I have solution, first solution like other solution, u can hold power on button like 30 - 40 second, if it works, congratsss Second solution is, its cuz u use jbl for zoom/discord or another call aplication, which is ur jbl switch to call mode, the solution simple, connect it, and do call, like 5 - 10s, and then reject, (fyi u can still connect to ur jbl even ur jbl turn off like the video, just press bluetooth on jbl and connect it with ur device then do that second solution) if it works, congratas🎉
