FABULOUS Dusty, can even make Rod McCuen sound better. She played along nicely, such a great sense of humor she had and comedic timing. What a fun clip from 1978. She didn't like him getting all handsy touching her though, that's pretty clear.

This is one of the few versions of this song I willingly listen to. Banned/cancelled my butt...there's a dozen or so on the radio now still.... Trivia: Rod does this song with Petula Clark too, same instrumentals and all. Did he have a type? Blonde British singers? Dare him to try this on Marianne Faithfull, LOL.

There wasn't anything that these two talents couldn't sing -- singly or together! I wish Dusty's "I Am Woman" take would have been a U.S. single release instead of what ended up being a Helen Reddy 45 -- imagine how equally great that would've been and hit. :-)
