Nicely put together. I am confused about the nonalignment between the content and language objectives of the sample you presented. If the students need to describe characters in the story; the language objective will need to support ELs efforts for describing characters, right? Perhaps, the language objective needs to refer to describing characters in the story using a word wall of adjectives related to personal traits, etc.
