This song is so inaccurate and cringey. He didn't think the Atlantic Ocean had no other side, he thought he could reach Indies sailing across the Atlantic ocean. They knew the Earth was round. Also he didn't discover the USA, he reached the Caribbean Islands... That's why they named them West Indies. USA didn't exist until few more centuries later! Please don't share this song with kids. Teach the real history. Uh eh....

I discovered that I could use Kevlar as an motor shaft pressure fittting insert for my drone that manufactuerers don't make bolting shafts. It works wonders. And I am so surprised just now that Kevlar was invented by a woman.

I am an American guy in Massachusetts. I discovered that I could use Kevlar as a motor shaft pressure fittting insert for my drone that manufactuerers (in China) don't make bolting shafts for. It works wonders. And I am so surprised just now that Kevlar was invented by a woman right next to my state. My drone would not be able to do the adrenaline proximity dives without Kwolek's Kevlar. My drone's videos are in my channel.

Can I ask The Goldberg variations wrote for who?
@nowyouknowabout2 ай бұрын
The Goldberg Variations were written by Bach for Count Kaiserling who commissioned the music to help him fall asleep. They are named ‘Goldberg’ after the virtuoso keyboard player who performed the music for the count.

Do you mean Dieterich Buxtehude? Bach walked 400km to Lübeck to hear him play!

... and Bach had fans with two classical composers, you might have heard about them, given that their names were Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven (Beethoven commented that Bach should be sea, given that Bach means broke/stream in German).

So if she could do these things.... why could other women not do them? Perhaps other women were not prepared to play the price she paid. So is it men preventing women's achievement or wonen stopping themselves?

The same year as the derby, Emily planted two bombs at the house belonging to chancellor David Lloyd George, whilst it was being worked on, luckily no workmen were killed or injured, one of the bombs failed to go off.

We give credit to Newton, Einstein, Edison. But we forget Mendeleev. His contribution is great.

I am sorry to hear this. I totally understand why you can’t use it in your class and thank you for pointing this out. When I made it, I wasn’t thinking about the terminology I used and I apologize for this. I am grateful to you for highlighting the language. This will help me going forward.

Just FYI, I can post an alternative version of the Beethoven video with the reference to 'slave driver' edited out - if that helps you.
