The service is for reads only. Use Similar Genome Finder to identify the genomes closest to your contigs.

Thank you very much for the explanation; it is very elucidating. However, when I submit my data in contigs and not in SRA, when I check the annotations in VIEW, nothing appears. The information I receive is 'Genome 287.33137 was not found. This could be because it is currently being indexed in the PATRIC database, it does not exist, or you do not have read privileges.' How can this be resolved?
