That's awesome!!! Kitty can get quite loud. I believe he is partially deaf at this point. I used to have 4 cats and 3 dogs.

I do 80/20 at this point. January challenge will be tighter. I like to do carb cycling, high protein, and no sugar. I do not count calories but count macros instead.

How long for video. I spend about 2-3 hours putting the week together on Sunday, then about 1+ getting them set up so they are ready to start. Each video is live, just not public. So the video is not modified and takes the length of the video plus 10-15 min to prepare thumbnail, and then I'm trying to learn how to SEO them properly.

Awesome workout! Did it! I couldn't resist the 29 and 25 lbs, and I 'm doing alright, and I did 2 sets of regular pushups in full plank and then by the time my arms got tired, I did the 3rd set on the wall. Yes, I had 🎉 And glad you're feeling better 🤗

When I do U exercises I feel muscles that I seem to have never hit before. I dropped out of stretching because I'm as flexible as a wooden plank 😅. 🏅GREAT VIDEO, SCOTTIE🥇

You need to stretch..... if you keep at it, you will become more flexible, you will heal faster, and you will form long lean muscles. So stretch 😁

Great stretching today,❤ after working hard! Definitely needed those stretches, and I would like to do stretches for the neck. Today, I 'm glad I didn't feel a little cramp in my legs. I will keep doing the stretches to help me.
