Unless "bad attitude" is like, the theme of the establishment... like, thats the spot where all the servers to shit to their guests but the amenities and menu is dope - I can make the sacrifice. Otherwise, I'd see bad service linked with the overall sanitation of the establishment.

everyone should be paid equal to their time/effort, as long as you're pulling your weight your job is just as important as everyone else's, though it rarely goes that way in our industry
