Yes. This is what he will do, the exporters will send goods at the same prices, then he will add higher taxes when it gets here and we the buyers will pay more for the items, the exporters will not have to pay anything extra it will be a triple tax and he will pocket some of that money somehow. If people think that exporters like, China is going to pay higher tariff they are mistaken. Consumers are the target.
