The two people in the photo are Vincent Lingiari, and the tall stranger is Goug William, who was the sitting Prime Minister. This was in 1963. It took 8 years as this was the first land rights claim and had other issues as the land that was in dispute was a cattle farm, and the British company working it legally owned the land. So then it becomes a debate on who owns the land and what happens to the people losing the land.

It was so different and offbeat that nobody really knew how to dance to it when it first came out because they were still fresh off doing "the swim", "the twist", "the monkey", etc where there were certain choreographed moves that everyone learned. Put that together with something all electronic for the first time and nobody knew what to do. Eventually they figured out that it was just something fun where you could freestyle it and nobody cared

Jona Viray won the first Pinoy Pop Superstar contest on the GMA network in 2005 when she was 15, which was hosted by Regine Velasquez. The next year she won every female vocal category at the World Championships of the Performing Arts in California, something like 15 awards. I see you have videos with Dionne Warwick and Lady Gaga. Jona has superb versions of I'll Never Love This Way Again (Dionne Warwick) and I'll Never Love Again (Lady Gaga). Perhaps you can check them out. As far as movies, perhaps you can check out some older movies, like: Frederico Fellini's La Strada (1954) starring Anthony Quinn, Richard Basehart, and the director's wife, Giulietta Masina; Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo (1958) starring James Stewart and Kim Novak; Robert Rosen's Lilith (1964) starring Warren Beatty and Jean Seberg, with, in very early roles, Gene Hackman, Jessica Walter, and Peter Fonda; and a film that is nominally and tangently a sequel, but really nothing to do with the first film, Val Lewton's Curse of the Cat People, a beautiful and underrated film about a lonely little girl's fantasy life. These happen to be among my favorite films and, by the way, all of them except Vertigo are black and white.

"Was backed by Maurice Gibb" Nope. Only Barry sang backup. "Influenced and backed by the Bee Gees" No, they wrote the songs.

Billie had so much power in her permanences. Too bad so few have been captured on film. Many of her recordings, especially those recorded live, are equally as impactful. I especially love some of her live performances for the 1940s when her voice had a different quality, although her ability communicator never diminished as the quality of her voice receded. This is a song she lived because racism and Jim Crow had a huge impact on her entire life. Contrast her career to that of white performers who borrowed heavily from her style: Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, etc. That must've been very painful to accept given that she was a true original and a musical genius. She is an artist who took what had come before in blues, jazz, and popular much and synthesised it into something entirely new. In her lifetime she never really got the credit she deserved for her contribution to the evolution of popular singing. Some of this was because she was black for sure. It must've hurt like hell because she knew how good she was and that is why she never gave up and never stopped singing.

We see lots of finished-up dishes one on top of the other, so Mr Creosote did not have everything he ordered mixed up in a bucket as he had asked. Probably changed his mind. But something i feel is missing, is that we see him vomiting but we don't see him eating at all.
