We should see it from a different perspective. This is the age of globalization. So, our talented fellows should go abroad for better study and research, and foreign students would come in India for studies and research. The funds allocated for science education is really horrible, and the lack of initiatives taken by government for science education, especially at K-12 and undergraduate levels across India makes it worse. Obviously, we wouldn't expect private sector to focus on science education, especially. The central and state government is fully responsible for these, to a great extent. When it comes to set toughest question papers, the government really excels in that. Wow! And when it comes to provide good books, study materials, and supporting teachers to solve those questions, the government is seen nowhere. Ultimately, the student perishes and grows a sense of distaste on science education and research, finally.
