@@DaRealTrill412 it is a bit outside of what some consider Pittsburgh, being in Butler County. But it is considered one of the fastest growing areas in the Pittsburgh Metro according to Wikipedia. The relatively short drive down I-79 puts it in the vicinity of what I consider the Pittsburgh area as well. I appreciate your comment and thanks for watching!

Absolutely beautiful home and great layout. My thought on homes this size should have an elevator to support multi-generational living. Especially seeing that the Owner’s Suite is on the second floor. IMO❤

Yes, the Carolina has a first floor primary for sure. I believe there is one other floor plan that has one. I’ll double check which one.

Too close to neighbors, seem like an HOA, wood in the half bathroom or Lux vinyl, small office, half bath too close to the office, small yard, garage not large enough, stairs too narrow, too close to busy road, wrong floor joist used for me, wish those beams in the basement went all the way across the basement with no need for floor bracing, and so on... for me for that price.... it has to be a bit more than what is offered at that price... so in reality of my ideals its worth 800K but way less than 1M... willing to deal with people being too close when so many people are terrible these days so.... make all those corrections and list a home outside of tight neighborhood and so on.... list it for 2.5M and people will say 1.5Ms.... LOL

Very nice home, but for the price I would expect all brick/upgraded exterior, finished basement, 3 car garage, much bigger lot, and zero carpet.

Good video. I use to use live there. On Babcock Blvd just before arriving to the North Park Swimming Pool. Moved away in the mid 1960's. Living in north Atlanta now. Thank you for the tour.

I really enjoy your tours, very thorough and cover all the details. Plus I heard you say you were taking your shoes off in a coup of the videos. That’s considerate of you and takes only a second or two to do. It’s the type of courtesy I would hope an agent would show in my own home. One suggestion, you should look into working with a videographer. It would be really cool to see you taking us through these homes and make your tours more personal.

I too had a difficult day completing this video--you sound soooooo very board! Your video work also needs much more attention to detail--the visuals are off--angles are all strange when looking at individual images. Man, you seem loaded or half asleep. Guess it’s a nice house but you don’t help to sell very well.

I don’t get the shower room. The window will fog all the time. Those shower heads are very close to the glass door. You will get soap and water all over the glass. The knob is in the middle of the shelf which limits your space

I get what you are saying. The knobs are in the center of the niche, which definitely takes up space. if you are referring to the shower heads with the hoses being too close to the glass, I would assume that you wouldn't be using those where they are mounted. Some, if not all, of these issues can be addressed at the design stage as well. I appreciate your comments and attention to detail! Thanks for watching!
