The greatness of a chef is humilty with which they share with the world rather than hold recipes close to their chest. World over this is what is witnessed. However in case of Querishi's nothing is progressive. The food in Dumpukth is still the same since i first visited in 80's when world over menu, techniques and dishes have evolved every few years.
