Hello, Setup a Bhasara Wheel, and around the diameter align a tube. Within the tube will be iron, suspended in oil. Outside of the tube is a wound coil to capture the electromagnetic field generated. As the iron slides within the tube, it will induct a small electromagnetic field into the coil wound around the tube. The wires from the coil should then be a positive and negative to the center, to keep a central point of balance. This will "recapture" some of the lost energy to friction. The wheel must be unbalanced enough by the liquid, but the tubing must be nearly perfectly balanced according to centrifugal force of the tube and coil. Due to friction the iron suspended in oil will be counter in direction to the unbalanced liquids outside the diameter of the wheel. The ratio of unbalance outside the diameter must be beyond the radian of the wheel in according to weight as applied by the acceleration of gravity. Weight and frictional force will eventually cause the loss to be greater than the difference between external and internal unbalance.
