You were told to leave then called management a snake, so he politely ushered you away from the snake, and in the direction of the door. He got fed up with your mouth and called you on your bluff by smacking the phone not you. You still refused to leave and tried to continue on with controlling the situation. Then here comes little miss gangster paradise, encouraging a fight with all of her preschool grammar slang. Y'all are problem employees that think you're entitled to the same pay/hours of everyone else employeed there, it doesn't work that in any place you work. He would've been better off You're in their arguing with management about what other people are making, and who's getting all the hours in. First off this is exactly why you're told not to discuss your pay with other co-worker, but it is what it is at this point. So if you don't like the pay go somewhere else to work, that's not the only fast food place to work. Does your work ethics speak for itself and is the reason for your dollars an hour pay? Of course it is! Some people come in with years of previous experience in the food industry. So just because they're new to this restaurant doesn't mean their pay will reflect that, because they outshine your experience. Are you taking initiative with what needs to be done, or do you stand around and wait to be told to do it instead? See all these things factor in when is comes to setting you hourly wage, or why it's been kept the same as when you first started. Those hours you complaining about not getting are you a dependable employee. When someone calls in and they offer you those hours you've been complaining about not getting. Do you come in, do you say that you have plans, or do you avoid the call all together? What if they ask you to stay late because of it being busy do you stay or do you go? Then that whole thing she said place has eyes and ears everywhere telling stuff. Why would that even matter if she's doing her job and what she's suppose to be doing. Other employees have been telling on them so that's why they're hot and bothered.
