@DreamZaF2P damn, also that little "level up" animation that plays everytime I level up a unit or a skill drive me nuts, it takes 3 seconds everytime and make the process of leveling up a Squad taking 5 minutes instead of 20 seconds....

@ thank you. I miss Metal slug attack ever since it went off mobile, I always felt a bit pity on myself I never got enjoy reading all character background and their history during the time of it. Still wish I put more time into it if I ever knew that the game would one day get shut down.

Actually, there is no difference between them, it just represents the type of the unit's attack, like lightning fio with her kinetic storm attack type, mira with her fire mage attack type But, sometimes some attack types are dominating the other type, depends on how the "meta" is

I think SNK will continue making more updates to MSAR. Most of them are freshly made units from the original game that are still missin in MSAR along with some newcomers who didn't appear in the original game. Btw, any repetitive units like Special Units wouldn't return.

I guess it will took about 2-3 years, since snk is also changing and adding some of the sprites of the unit's attack, like those summer units' attack
