The main flaw is in the equipment. The tracks are shot. You need mechanics to keep the operational. This dozer will always get stuck. Those are floatation track for more tracktion.

Track tension is gone, along with over 1/3 of the high floatation tracksection.lube those tensioner they keep the track tension tight.
