This clip is from Saturday 3rd August 1992. The British weightlifters ban was given on the Wednesday before, upheld on the Saturday. Tim Ewart was the Newscaster for this bulletin. The ITN titles here, with the blue/aqua background, were used at weekends, I think this was the last weekend these ITN titles were used for weekend daytime bulletins, but they remained on overnight news bulletins (with magenta & black background) until the early hours of Monday 9th November 1992.
