I was their in 1978 with my mate Garry we rode from Stithians Cornwall over night to see Barry sheen race he was outstanding on the back straight sheen put his Suzuki in top and it would stand on end you could reach out and touch his front wheel every lap he did this he out classed every rider a real racer we went to a lot of tracks to see him good memories.

I was there in 1978 Barry sheen was out standing on the back straight he put his Suzuki in to top gear and it would stand on end same place every lap right were we were standing you could have touched his front wheel I’ve Seen a lot of racers in my time Barry was the best he had style.

Was a pleasure to see Dean on the Oliver's mount this year doing a couple of laps with McGuiness behind,looked like he was enjoying himself. Would of liked to see him battle it out with Johnson though. Brilliant weekend at Scarborough 2019.

Absolutely disgusting the 2018 meeting is cancelled, Scarborough council are a total shower of shite. Safety measures my arse it's a road race for feks sake..... I'm gutted.

Its an open road on non race events so you can ride the whole thing and it is a mint place to ride

I've watched dozens of these onboards from Oliver's Mount and this one just shows why Dean is the quickest around the track. He's well and truly taken of the mantle of King of The Mount from Guy Martin. BTW Does anyone know if all the spectators that got injured at the meeting made a full recovery?

So lame legends like Agostini, Sheene, Hailwood, Joey and Fogarty all rode here. Would love to see you ride a bike as fast around such a narrow track with steep drop offs.

Apparently you’ve never ridden a sport bike at full speed in the wet on a narrow road off camber turns with blind turns hills and jumps with no run off. This isn’t pussy closed circuit racing lad this is real road racing. You make a mistake here you die. You make a mistake moto GP you end up walking back to the pits.

been going to the Mount since 1972, come see it fer yourself bro...nowt like Yorkshire folk fer hospitality, the atmosphere is amazing..the sights unbeleivable :)
