Beaconsfield is not located in Pointe Claire Quebec, Beaconsfield is a separate town (maybe a city now) just to the west of Pointe Claire. Beaurepaire is located in Beaconsfield and the next town to the west is Ste. Anne de Bellevue. I grew up in Beaurepaire in the 1960’s and 1970’s then I moved to Hudson Quebec.

Another fine show and visit to Inverness where the pit ponies once trod. Cabot Links has re-invigorated the area and added to the community that once hummed when the mines were busy. Beauty of a job building this gem of a green paradise sprayed by the wild sea. It was especially nice to hear from the artist builders. A Forest for Callum by Cape Breton author Frank MacDonald about that neck of the coast , read on the deck right there, score 5.

You fellows present a fair picture of Belfast Highland Greens and Campground and your other shows are on my list to watch. The greens were renovated by Graham Cooke and Associates when he was working in the Maritimes years ago, and they run true today. The Belfast community built the course from fields and forests and took over running the campgrounds from the province. Locals and other visitors enjoy it as much as you, and the junior golf program helps the future players play well. Thanks for replacing your divots and fixing the ball marks, you are welcome back anytime.

My first ever true links golf experience was playing Cabot Links about 10 years ago. 1st hole (what is now #10), downwind par 4 that's about 385 yards and I drive it into the greenside bunker on the right. That was different! Welcome to links golf. :)

Ya. Shag's a good muni. Big hitters get into trouble because its tight with the doglegs and tree lined fairways. But to suggest it could be priced in the $80 range is laughable. The place would be empty. I know this is a slick PR video meant for out of towners but frankly for us that golf here often its a bit of an eye roller. Par 68. Seven par 3's, 3 par 5's. Good little track but lets not make it like some kinda Pebble Beach. 😅😅
@justinnagy79545 ай бұрын
Waterton has some of the best holes in western Canada imo. #2, 3, 13-17. All the par 3's are a test. Definitely a hidden gem. Good to see it finally getting some attention from the agronomy side.

I am 70 now and golf has been about friends and relationships. Stepping. Dornock was very much the same as playing Royal County Down 17 years ago on my first trip to Ireland. We were literally blown away in 35 mile an hour winds. The sights were just so emotional of seeing this “ perfect” picture out in front of you.

The scenery looks incredible but the devastation of trees by the pine beetle is front and center! A lot of dead trees that add to fuel load during a fire!
