Such great sound overall, but there's that weird edit at 4:41 that partially cuts off the guitar solo. Still a nice document, though.

Sadly that's the nature of a lot of bootlegs.......usually where the sound man has to "turn the tape over" 😄 But as you say, it's still a good listen 🙂

Probably the greatest remake of a song I have ever heard. We simply did not get treated to enough material from this band. Audley was a genius, and he surrounded himself with other great musicians.

This is also a song on a Bernie Marsden solo album. Slightly different version, I think.

Deep Purple to rock music to another level. Even Hendrix must have taken note.

Excellent audio. Geoff Nichols Keyboards cutting through nicely too. I saw Black Sabbath’s show at the NEC in 1992. Great gig.

I prefer this version because the background harmony vocals are dialled back. Great audio too. Thanks for posting.

Brilliant. I much prefer the Cozy version with Clem Clempson on guitar to the Gazza version and I’m a big fan of Gary. Not heard this live version before. Excellent stuff. 👍

Incredible. How does Audley work this magic as the only guitarist on a cover for a band who had three?

Kelly Holland played some rhythm guitar on a few songs. This is an excellent cover. Great live band.

Nice to hear this, so many good memories from those late 80's DP years. There is a great (or at least interesting) keyboard and guitar solo at 02:35 onwards. :-)

It's great that Joe got a chance to play in a big name band, as he is a freaking phenomenal guitarist. Vai can say that he played in Whitesnake, but Joe played in DP.
