Yes if you are married to a Filipina go for the spousal visa. Cheaper option.

The biggest reason for most is a lower cost of living. Fir example, it's cheaper to live outside the United States. But there are many other reasons people may have.

You can get an SRRV with $50,000 deposit and you don't need to show a pension.

Yes! You do have to renovate and while it is structural sound...they are NOT move in ready! And it is auction based.
