Will Calhoun

Will Calhoun is a Graduate of the Berklee College of Music where he received his degree in Recording and Engineering. Will is also a 2-time Grammy winner with the genre bending iconic Rock band LIVING COLOUR, He’s Produced Herb Alpert-(Colors CD), and Mos Def’s Black Jack Johnson projects, toured and recorded with Harry Belafonte, Mic Jagger, B.B. King, McCoy Tyner, Marcus Miller, Pharoah Sanders, Wayne Shorter, Oumou Sangare, Ron Carter, Phillip Glass, Lauryn Hill, Stanley Jordan, Steve Via, Mike Stern, Paul Schaffer, Public Enemy.
Will spends much of his time between Africa, South America, and Silicon Valley researching a plethora of music, ancient rhythms, and future technologies on his instrument.

So cool. Living Colour is the band that got me away from bad music and into the good stuff. Saw them in Brisbane on the Time's Up tour and it transformed me.

I'm 45 years old have admired his drumming since I was 16 one of my biggest influences I remember having a VHS cassette which was passed all around the town of Innisfail in Australia everyone trying to get a glimpse and learn how he did it even way back then
