I just came back to this performance after watching their Encore of their 2022 virtual tour 3 times in a row! It's great to compare how they played this several years back and how much they've made it even better now!

Why is it that every video I've seen does this the Hard Way? Could it be because they are all copying the first guy that Also did it the Hard Way? The Correct way is from the Rear side of the gasket. Put the Gasket in a Dryer for 5-10 minutes on Medium Heat. Remove and let set for 3 minutes to allow you to hold the gasket. Install the gasket in the Door Rim. Use Windex to spray around the Inside of the Inner Groove. The one that holds the glass. Firmly Grasping the glass, press it into the gasket at 5 and 7 o'clock. Work the Glass into the gasket firmly pressing it downward as you work the Gasket up and around the Glass. when the glass is approximately halfway in on each of the sides, about @ and @, pull the lower flap of the gasket and relieve some of the friction, this will let the glass "seat" into the lower half of the gasket. Now carefully pull and work the gasket up and around the rest of the glass. You might need a Flat screwdriver to assist in working the last bit of gasket over the glass at 12 o'clock. When the glass is fully into the gasket, pull the rear flap part of the seal outward all the way around, a little at a time to allow the gasket and the glass to "center". Run your flat screwdriver around the inner edge of the gasket where it meets the glass to be sure the small sealing flap in correct. 35 year Service Tech, and I've been doing it this way since the beginning, usually with just my fingers.
