Most unreliable shower on the market I look after 53 of theses in apartments I maintain. Failure rate is higher then any other I've experienced.

Why not use the same screw holes for fixing so you don’t have to drill new holes through tiles. 🙄

Needs Android 12 so not working on my Android 10 phone :( Got it working on my newer Android 12 Tablet but I'm still concerned that there is no password check to turn on the shower and I have very inquisitive grandchildren who might turn the shower on unwittingly ...............

Why does UK have such an odd word for water heater? "Electric shower"? Sounds like you're going to get a shower head that shoots bolts of electricity down on you.

That cable looks like 2.5mm and it couldn't possibly run an 8.5kw shower! 😂

I also have the same model in the video. 2 of them, they've both failed in under 3 years. One switched itself on whilst I was away for the weekend and did over 3k of damage. Aqualisa offers 2 year parts and labour warranty, in my experience and those on the new build estate I live on, your shower will die shortly after this. Their business model is to then offer you a discount on a new model. What comes through the post grabs your attention with a low price, you have to phone them to find out more, my sales rep was a robot and literally just read from his script. The options you get are substantially more expensive. I can't think of anything I like about this company. If you want to buy a new shower every 2-3 years or replace the engine/motor, go aqualisa.

Your showers are shit (a shower of shite 😂) . I have used mine less than a handful of times, not even exaggerating and I'm deciding on my next unit. It definitely won't be Aqualisa.

Great for as far as it goes, but it just stops. The biggest issue we have with concealed valves is the sheer size of the valve, so I was looking for the full installation to check whether this is a good alternative.

Never buy a Aqualisa shower, l did and they cost me a fortune. I say they because l bought one and replaced it 3 times in 3 years. Recently the pcb board packed in again and aqualisa don't sell the pcb board which would cost £3.00 they only sell the complete front cover were the pcb board is housed, the price is a whopping £88.00 . Aqualisa customer service is absolutely useless when you do get speaking to someone they make the excuse that the Front Cover and PCB BOARD are a sealed unit, which is a lie. The PCB BOARD is attached to the cover by 2 screws which is easily removed. If Aqualisa sold you the PCB BOARD you could easily screw it into your old cover but Aqualisa don't work like that. Obviously they make they're money from replaced parts. Don't believe me, then check out they're spare parts.

I used to love aqualisa digital showers, I've been on more free lunch appointments, I mean training days🤫 then I can remember however I have now annexed aqualisa digital showers ever since they stopped supplying Prosesor boxes to third party distributors, how can I charge £400 to be able to fix a small plastic part when it inevitably fails! I now only recommend Mira digital, because they will sell you a pump/ a logic module or a thermistor when something fails! I had an email from them last week saying they are now a proud member of the fortune brand group, !!Cost a fortune I'm presuming!!

That shower was about £300 when i used to recommend them, now they're about £700 and they will not sell you any replacement parts for the Prosesor box! Now I recommend Mira digital showers for one reason, they sell spare parts.

Disgrace won’t be allowing anyone I know or work with to purchase from you 😒🤦🏼‍♀️ Screw fix have in fact had to take Aqualisa matters into their own hands and write their own first page warning to make it clearer.A NATIONAL ISSUE. Screw fix are a major retailer having to compensate for your lack of clarity. It’s not an opinion it’s factual they are doing it.‬
