Really helpful! Yes free pouring looks better, BUT if the drink is too strong or too weak, the customer thinks you don’t know what you’re doing & they probably won’t be tipping well or coming back.

Okay so maybe I'm dumb, but I can't find canned pumpkin purée in France, it's liké it's not a thing. So I do buy a whole pumpkin that I roast in the oven and I do a pumpkin pecan bourbon pie with the remaining amount of flesh 😂

it didn’t work for me… Edit: after i flipped the fork on the other side and bent it forward it lifted the cork then i flipped the fork back around and it pulled straight out.
