Looks delicious! I brown my pork chops then put cream of celery soup over them and simmer until tender on the stove. Never thought about using the Crock-Pot.

I did something similar with chuck roast. I used cream of mushroom, onion soup mix, carrots, and celery. I never thought about that gravy mix. Need to try now.

Why oh why did she not brown the chops BEFORE adding them to the crockpot? 😢 this was like a typical white person meal , no flavor other than the gravy , and very little effort put into the meal . 😢😢😢😢😢

I am going to try this recipe for my plates. I havent had a pork chop in so many years. But when I make it, I will brown the pork shops on the stove first. Its just something about having that browning on them that gives it the perfect finish. Thank you so much for the recipe.
