It says on ALL the jars of Lotus Biscoff: "Suitable for vegans." Maybe switch out the same amount of butter with coconut oil, and use coconut milk to make it vegan. Just sayin' ... 🥥

Not necessary. If you keep at low temperature it takes more time to cook. But wrapping is important as shown in video else high temperature can lead to burning of meat.
