Yesterday i was purchase Chetak... showroom was assured me the range of 100 km..on eco mode....i am soo sad i was get milaga only 77 km speed on between 30 to 40..

Please add more storage. 21-22 ltr is not very useful.

I took my Chetak Electric Premium Scooter to OM Advance Service Center Bhopal on 12/07/24 for normal service. After returning from the service center my scooter started having charging problems and now it is not charging. When I again took it to the service center, they said that it will be fixed in 20 to 25 days, the car is still at the service center. I am not able to get the service on time. ,

I’m writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding lost keys issue of Chetak vehicle. I’m facing below issues - Keys are not covered in the insurance - heavy charges of Rs 2000 applied for each key I hereby request to lower down keys charges. Otherwise provide insurance coverage for the same. Please stop diverting all issues to dealer and empower customer care support with detailed knowledge. Today when I called customer care & sent mail, they even not aware of the charges for lost keys & told me to contact service center. Above concern needs to be addressed by customer care or mgmt.

So the seat should be opened while charging?

Please don't buy.... Because buying chetak is waste of money 🙏

I visited the authorized dealer (chetak @itarsi, Madhya Pradesh) .My problem is that the dealer is quoting a combined charge for RTO and insurance. When I asked him the charges breakup for RTO and insurance separately, he was unable to tell me and was not even ready to give me the receipt for the RTO charges. I told him that I will get the insurance done myself, then his reply was that you will have to get the insurance from the dealer only, without that you will not get the scooter. Hence I returned without buying a chetak scooter.

I think it's better comment our problems directly in bajaj chetak website so that people's will know negative importantly rather than positive even I'm also using chetak felt bad on range when we go above 40 km speed it shows 123 when we keep full charge it will not come that range only 60 or 70 if we go in 50 km speed it's very bad it is only for 20 30 km range it's good... Bajaj should come up with good real range otherwise customers will look other options

It's front suspension is not good...this scooter only good for riding good roads and highways
