First time l felt lam in wonder land homes in forest kind of and huge homes ours was very old and withered so we got for less , our garage was broken no blinds rusted focets, door hardly moved, we updated and sold

Hello again, Shane. My friend just informed me that there is lodging in the area but people are not required to stay at a lodge right on the premise of the ski resort. Seems I misunderstood your video;; thought you said it was required to stay in their lodges in order to ski but, again, it seems I misunderstood! Thank you.

Hello Shane. Thank you for posting the video. However, I just looked at Sugar Mountain Resort and Beech Mountain and it seems we are not required to stay at their resorts. In fact, we preferred to stay at the Sugar Mountain Resort so we could be right there for activities, but I couldn't even find that they have a resort. Can you clarify? Maybe their lodging accommodations are closed? We are new to the area so we don't have the history of knowing about these ski/tube locations. Please let me know if I am missing something. Thank you.

Using a VA loan through Veterans United and I have received my loan estimate however I do not see my due diligence or earnest money list on the estimate with cash to close. Does this mean it will not be credited back to me or will it just not be subtracted from the quoted cash to close until the actual day of closing.
