I like your channel, no posturing no spiritual pauses for extra effect....good work. For some years I've practised this. People I really dislike I send love, it's so powerful. I phoned a business partner who stole my money (with legal consequences). It had obsessed me and depressed me for a long time. I said I forgive you and I like you, (he was older and had taught me a lot.) He was speechless, shocked...I think it was good for him too. After that I never thought of him again.

What are we supposed to do when we find the things that are stopping us from sending out love to others ? How do we get rid of it / them ?

I tried moving the awareness to the heart and I did look at people differently during the day but soon stopped the practice. This is good stuff ❤too

Being at the place of not knowing what to do is the perfect place to be. That is when we surrender all to the love and light of God and trust that we will be given guidance. We don't always have to be doing anything (striving and being in control and feeling responsible for everything), surrender to the love and light of God and watch what unfolds without any effort from your part. It is such a beautiful place to be. It does require trust, but watch how God wil blow your mind!!!

the path of darkness is a given : there is no other species that can go that " down " allowing it to reach the " top " state as this same species can do consciously .

indeed...we are so programmed for efforting, results, works, to not 'do' seems daunting, & for Mr, took quite awhile to relax, to catch autopilot lemming habits...and somewhat longer to adjust to recognizing the spirit of condemnation, also well practiced, & ignoring it... as ii watch the Olympians, watch the synergy, k ow the discipline of repeating good form & tuning in to inner guidance as well as wise counsel outside, the shift from struggle to ease is actually no time, despite the (mis)- training to push vs flow...
