I rarely get the sales flyer. My route ships before the flyer is back from the printer. It doesn't sound like that would be hard to fix. But it really is near impossible for those who get deliveries the first week of the month.

I've had the same experience as many others on here with the milk seeping out the top when thawing. Makes quite the mess. The cream does not reincorporate very well after freezing. For our family, still drinkable as taste isn't compromised. But this video is a bit misleading by not including the very real issue of milk seeping out the top when thawing and making a mess as well as losing the milk. I might try taking some out before freezing and see how that goes.

I'm dairy free, so I've ordered a lot of the coconut stuff. I was actually floored, and super excited, that they had sweetened condensed coconut milk. I didn't even know that was a thing! But as far as the coconut cream and the coconut milk goes, it's all really good.

I expected this introduction to talk more about the safety of the cans themselves, whether the foods come from their own farm or from purchased foods, and why we should buy their product instead of the many other organic brands available. Perhaps their consumer motivation is simply the convenience of delivery, especially for those who don't have even monthly access to a store which carries organic products. He briefly alluded to having another business do the canning for them. That answered my question as to how they could afford this expansion when they've had to recover from a major fire a few years ago. Is this part of the American business model of needing to keep getting bigger in order to survive? Is this a sustainable business model? How much was this decision based on needing to find a use for unsold fresh food that they've been buying as part of their Azure Market Produce offering? They've been beyond selling just what their farm grows for a while now. I'd like to hear more about their selection of suppliers of the foods. Are these all family farms or include whatever corporate production oversupply they can purchase at a saleable price?
