Your current place is very pretty, great amenities, seems safe ,convenient and I guess in a good location. Don't rush yet into buying especially at this time. Homeownership is nice but a lot of headaches and responsibilities involved. Next New Year, God willing, ( just a suggestion) avoid the hassle of having twelve different kinds of fruits. We have the same reaction to those costco mangoes. The ones from the Phils are still so much more delicious! You guys should seriously think about switching to more organic & non-gmo foods = healthier. We only shop for NON-food items at walmart. Their meats + produce & great value brand are highly questionable tbh. Half of my household who don't drink coffee opt for the authentic Japanese green tea sold at costco 😊😊 just fyi, electric kettle boils water so much faster VS stove top 😊😊 costco's jasmine rice tastes good (although we eat more organic brown rice) they also sell bigger/cheaper box of swiss miss, glide floss picks, etc ~~ the wholesale price + number of items is justified for us 😊😊😊

Cheaper gas is one of the top reasons why we want to move to Texas. BUT we will miss costco, there are 4 warehouses 10-20mins away from our house 😄😄😄
