Omg I love this review. I was confused whether I should get the ESV study bible or the NLT illustrated one. I don't read the ESV I'm more of an NKJV or NLT person but the reviews on the ESV study bible are great. I wanna get it just to fulfill my curiousity as to why it's positive😂

Hi first timer here! I am a bit confused. What was the first app you used to get the Hebrew and Greek numbers? The "blue letter bible app" has the lexicon tab as well but some of the numbers were different. Does that matter? Also, if the word occurs 46x's should I look for 46 definitions? Sooo sorry if these are crazy questions! I think this was a lot of information at once since I'm not familiar with bible word studying at all.

Thank you for saying that, I grew up in a Christian home with several preachers even in my family but I rebelled and also had King James Version when I was a kid and didn’t have good reading skills so I felt like I could never understand. I didn’t even know there were so many versions that were way more “readable” for someone like me. Now I use NLT or CSB and it has been so much easier. Anyway all this to say … I’m just reading through the Bible for the first time and people keep suggesting I study a book at a time yadda yadda and don’t understand why I’m trying to get through the whole thing so fast first. They don’t understand that I want the full “Birds Eye view” picture first then I will start over and really start to study in smaller deeper chunks. So thank you for saying that, makes me feel better to know someone doesn’t think I’m doing it wrong or whatever. I’m currently doing a 90 day chronological plan in the Bible app and I’m loving it!

please find also the NOAH WEBSTER DICTIONARY 1828 where he uses scripture for his examples and also shakespeare i think. he says more about application from a christian point of view- like he would go into "honor" for example that othr dictionaries do not. When i taught at a Christian school they insisted this would be the best from early American Christian time of the best education from Christian point of view. Hope you get it and see what you think

Please forgive me but I just don’t see the necessity for a prayer Bible.. as Christian’s we obtain a deep understanding of scripture context and memorizing scriptures simply from being in the word. being in the word and doing in depth Bible studies also stops us from using scriptures out of context. I almost feel that individual who push this agenda are more concerned with content creation and not necessarily their subscribers I apologize word nerd for posting this here.. Im posting this (i guess rant) here because I’ve been following you for a small while and was a little taken back and surprised to see you had a video encouraging prayer bibles

Yikes…”righteousness isn’t about following rules”?? You may want to look deeper into this for your own salvation. Rom 6:16-Paul is quoting-Deu 6:24-25, which defines what OUR righteousness is according to HIM. Scripture defines scripture (Isa 28).
