Hi Mirella, i never comment on things but- you are so right & i think as we grow in Christ the type of prayer for “the future spouse” is, may he be a man of integrity, discernment, not double minded, a shepherd for the kingdom of God etc. We love to see others living according to biblical principals & you are doing just that. From what I've researched, it seems like most skin issues are caused by gut issues n hormonal imbalance. I'm dealing with hyperpigmentation. I'm hoping I can deal with the two main causes. Have you tried eating more probiotic rich foods

I quit consuming a lot of sugar about a year ago. With tea or coffee I always put half a spoon of sugar. It's been the best decision ever. I don't usually eat sugary things, maybe with juice, cool drink and squach(sp) and I always drink 2x more pure water after those sugary drinks
