If I’m battling something that doesn’t completely destroy grass, I typically just go with Teal Mask Ogerpon, cause Leech Seed + 3x Swords Dance + Horn Leech spam keeps me dishing out a ton of damage while healing a ridiculous amount every turn

I don't understand how you find 7 star raids to solo

I just soloed the Dondozo raid. Lilligant Nature: Modest Ability: Leaf Guard 252EV HP 252EV DEF Remainder EV SpATK Item: Metronome Sunny Day Leaf Storm Synthesis Giga Drain Spam Leaf Storm to build tera charge. Unaware forces Dondozo to also ignore your SpATK drops from Leaf Storm. When Dondozo uses Yawn, use Sunny Day. Leaf Guard prevents status conditions in sunlight. Heal with Synthesis on the final turn of sunlight. Spam Giga Drain until Dondozo is KOed. Don’t worry about Avalanche, this Lilligant build tanks it.
