Yes.. case laws sare wahi use honge.. retrospectively.. Bs section numbers change honge and kahi kahi jo kuchh provisions jisme changes h wo alag rhenge.. Baki sare previous case laws and judgments relevant honge..

thereafter, the Magistrate may take cognizance on the case through police report or chargesheet under sec 210(1)(b) of BNSS / sec 190(1)(b) of Crpc... and proceed further with trial of the case.. Hope you have got the answer.. Thankyou and keep it up..👍😊

@@ekamsingh3780 No.. Default bail may grant after 90 days completed without the filing of chargesheet.. If chargesgeet filed before 90 or 60 days(as per the case) then there is no ground for default bail as per section 167 of crpc or sec. 187 of bnss..

@@Adil-ub4lq All Judges , Magistrates and other person (expect Arbitrators ) jo evidence ko accpet krne ke liye legally authorized hai, wo sbhi Court kahlayenge.. and the reasons behind that arbitrators is not includes as court bcz they do not have the same authority as a judge and have not any Inherent power like courts (sec 151 of cpc, and sec 482 of crpc) , in the proceeding of arbitration. An arbitrator can make important suggestions about resolving a conflict, but they do not have the same authority to decide matters as judges. Even in binding arbitration, the decision reached or the agreement signed would still likely require court involvement for legal enforcement. I hope your queries have resolved in this comment.. Sbse phle to ap law subjects ke Bare Acts pr command kriye.. bar bar revise krne se yaad ho jayega.. then sath mein ek major aur ek minor law subject ki notes taiyar krte rhiye topic wise.. sath sath objectives aur written practice bhi krte rhiye.. 👍😊
