If the boss above him can't find the time to monitor his responsibilities or simply doesn't care, I'm not going to find the time to do my boss's job on top of own. If I don't produce for the company because I have a shit boss, that's fine, managing management is actually not my job The only people you're going to get to agree to a work philosophy like that are idiots and suck-ups. That is very much management's problem, and they're the only ones who can fix it

Interesting take! Thanks for taking the time to listen to the podcast. I don't think Kurt was advocating for you to do your boss's job. I think he was saying to give your boss 6 months before deeming him/her an ass and quitting your job.

@@FriedmanSocialMedia well I'll ask you, does any professional sports solve problems, does any of the entertainment industries solve problems, yet they generate huge amounts. All that is needed is to give the masses the latest big show, and display it in an environment, that both eases and excites.

@@johnphillips2479 Interesting. Don't you think sports and entertainment meet certain needs people have? I think you'd enjoy listening to the podcast.

Thanks for demonstrating these features in Agorapulse! It does look pretty easy to use. Can you tell me if the analytical data you looked at is just for Instagram posts or is it a consolidated perspective across all platform postings? If it's for all platforms, is there a way to see what Instagram or FaceBook alone contributed to the numbers?
@FriedmanSocialMedia
@FriedmanSocialMedia 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Gord. That data was for a Facebook account. The data is separated out by account. It is not consolidated.
@GordIsman

That makes sense... it would be cool though if one could tell some relative weighting of statistical analysis across posting platforms... but I get that this would be a sophisticated thing to interpret and vulnerable.
