Ebony-Skye, baby girl, you still look cute and adorable as ever, even with this hard and unpleasant cone around your beautiful head. Cooper sure hates that thing too! Fortunately, I got him the "Comfy Cone Pet Cone" on Amazon which is a soft cone and so much more comfortable. I suggest to get one if you can still find one at a reasonable price because it is a handy one to have around when needs be. I also hope that the licking is not due to food allergies...poor thing... Cooper and I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving weekend and lots of Cocker love and kisses...from Quebec, CA!!!🐶💞🐾

@@journeywithebony-skye2218 Yes, snow has started to arrive slowly but surely here in our Northern Quebec region, but Cooper and I love the snow!!! We get dressed, put on the snowshoes (well, that's just me!) and the way we go everyday for our hike in the forest where we live!!!

Ebony reminds me so much of my favorite cocker. I lost her in 2006 and still miss her. Has Ebony visited a groomer yet? She should be coming acclimated to the process as early as possible.

We lost her "sister" in 2020, so we totally know what you mean. We are sorry for your loss. Ebony had seen a groomer for nail clipping (We are afraid to do it!) by this time. She is actually older now than in the video, and does well at the groomers, thankfully.

Please forgive the copy and paste reply: I hope I explain this okay. The mat is for dogs that get nervous when going to groomers or vets. You are supposed to eventually use the mat when you go to these places as a safe spot for your dog. We haven't felt the need to use it so far since she kind of settled down, thankfully.
