Hi Lou, a very nice and calm sound meditation ... very relaxing 👍 ... I don't want to lecture you, but I want to give you a little tip. The Peter Hess Zen and Assam bowls that you played at the end of your meditation are sounding out quickly cause they sink into the cushion. This slows down the sound. It is better to use a felt pad (for example the ones for glasses) instead of a softer cushion. Then the edge of the bowl is free and it sounds much longer. Alternatively, you can put a rubber ring or something similar under the singing bowl. Greetings from Vienna Alexander

Hi Alexander! Thank you for your message! I've learnt a lot since the video and indeed, I've quickly noticed that the cushion was slowing down the sound. Since, I use a felt pad as you say, sounds much better :)

Merci pour ce beau commentaire Enola ! Oui une suite est plus ou moins prévue. Du moins une version améliorée. Ceci est une version démo et je compte bien la retravailler, et allonger la voix de la fin, donc probablement faire un morceau plus long. Je la posterai ici :)

Bonjour Cécile, Dans la vidéo j'utilise les deux, la blanche étant la souple et la grise étant plus dure. Pour les massage sonores j'utilise presque exclusivement la blanche qui je trouve apporte plus de profondeur et un son plus doux. Pour les voyages sonores par contre, j'utilise plutôt la grise avec laquelle le son porte plus.

Bonjour Lou ! Superbe méditation :) Peux tu nous dire quel bol est à quelle place ? Par exemple celui à ta droite en premier devant toi, puis celui vers nous etc. Je compte acheter le set 40 mais impossible de savoir lesquels ce sont ;) Nous avons échangé par email, Diane.

@@queenbee244 Peter Hess bowls are expencive, sure. However, they have a really high quality and a wonderful sound and also the vibration. It's worth.

It is really not as expensive as Queen Bee says. Actually, I don't think Peter Hess singing bowls are expensive. When you know how they're made, and how good is the quality, I really don't think it is expensive. It's around 1200€ for these five bowls.

@@bakkermaarten007 I really don't see the connection between my opinion on the price and a question of ego... Everything is subjective anyway. Having been able to test many other bowls, in similar price ranges, I find the Peter Hess bowls to be very good value for money. It all depends on how you see it. When you buy a bowl, you buy it for life, and if you take care of it, it will last for many lifetimes. So no, for the work that it represents in the making process and all the pontential they bring, I do not find them that expensive. It is just my humble opinion.
