That was my reaction also... Imagine the amount of force on those pins to swing that huge boat back and forth. One snap and you're flying through the air! 😱 Watching other fair ride videos, I've learned that many of the ride parts are held together with those same pins. Kinda scary 😳

@@richardsechristyou'd be surprised at what hold these rides together lol a bolt and a nut could save a life but they care more about how many people visit the ride than safety of the people who rode it.

is this a special Build by Huss? Or a other manufacturer? i only know even the small No2 Breakdance by huss need at least 2 Trucks, so every "Transformer" would be jealous about this build. More explanations via voiceover would really be better then that crappy music...

I remember there was a version without the music. It was much better I must say. I prefer the sound of the machinery and the steel over this headache-inducing techno or whatever you call it.

When I worked at Seattle Center this was one of the rides I operated. You have a 🎤 talk to the riders as the rides building momentum. You say to the riders. You want to higher? They all scream Yes. Do that few times then you say. You want go all the way around. The whole boat would yell No.! Hilarious. The could never go full circle.

Interesting! Have you worked bigger boats? Some of the ones I was treated to watch run was automatic. Bigger boat, dual drives. Some of the older 6 flags park versions where different too. Quadruple drives, 2 hydrologic brake tires (reverse spinning constantly hydrologic raised up to the rail) those when they stop can definitely make you uncomfortable. Also the numbers for speed... Are those numbers just numbers or do they correspond with speed? Kilos per hour, MPH, rpms? Keep these detailed videos coming! Great job explaining it!

I guess the numbers corresponds to degree of how much it will swing like 70 = 70° but how much speed it is I don't know
