Sorry to say,, you should add more information such as if you use microwave mode, sparkling will be seen if you use this rack made of metal. And microwave mode is necessary for these kinda recipes. So you need find non metallic high stand/low stand.

Dekho cooking ke video sirf vo dekhta hai jiako biwi ka recipe pasand nahi ya phir mere jaise biwi hai abhi bahar hai. Sidha gaon pbone karo sabse gavti dost jo chulha jala sakta hai usko bulao aur koyla nikalo, uspe chicken ko sekho, chahe usme kuch dalo ya na dalo namak daal dena. Ye accha hi banega. Dont bothr urself looking for exact twm and timing. Nothing mayters here. U cant cook like hotel, unless u have dhaba in ur home. We r not hat roch so lets cook it with our own turms and conditions.

@@ansar311yeah microwave is good for just heating.. everything cooks not so good..even this receipe tried all the juices released.bottom plate was full of liquid..and chicken was without any flavour in the end and probably overcooked too Only cornflour didn't added since had none at the time

It only works for me, when I run out of cooking gas. Just boil every thing , put up some ghee and gulp. And to wait for my gas delivery person. While buying a microwave I pretended as am gonna be the next master chef , but my dream bubble popped when every recipes taste different, mostly yucky 🤮 , which made me shifted to conventional way of cooking. Even I reheat every thing on kadhai, Just to avoid the mess it creates, after literally anything goes inside.
