Where is the software for the direct connect? I assume that something has to be run on the local server which will connect using port 1433 through the firewall, correct?

Voice over on this tutorial would be great. Also, for customers of this product implementation documentation would be helpful. The manual is not the all encompassing user guide I was hoping for. I am excited for what I think this product can do. I am currently in need of guidance to implement. Trial and error for now...
