My saddle is so so comfy!! It’s an ancient Dover saddle that I got from a friend who hadn’t used it for 10 years! I conditioned it a ton and it is the best saddle I’ve ever ridden in! I stole these leathers from a very tall friend so they’re very wonky looking but I make it work! I also have magnetic safety stirrup irons that I got after being dragged by a horse! I totally recommend safety stirrups!!! 🫶🫶

Thats why humans have come up with things to help us stay safer such as helmets, air vests, stirrup that release & so on. And of course practice, practice, practice!

I will say I’ve had to replace a lot of helmets over the years, but I am so so thankful for them!! Also safety stirrups are the best and I will not get on a horse unless I have safety stirrups 😂

My horse is 16.3hh and the jumps are around 2’6”/.75m but go up to around 3’7”/1.10m!
