I was a kid at the north end of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, waiting for a school bus. Thanks to the high latitudes in winter, the sun would come up at like 8-9am and set at like 3pm. This reminds me of 7 year old me waiting for that bus at 6:30-7am. ;)
