Yo bro! Thanks for the info. So, I'm in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I'm new to the industry. I had this small job where a customer brought in three shirts and wanted custom graphics on the back. Two of the shirts had the same graphic, and the other one had a different one. When I gave her the invoice for $100, she was totally shocked. What do you think? Was that too much to charge?

Ive got 2 of these, running 2 mats on both and pressure is good 👌 multiple washes no issues no complaints from customers. They’re so efficient especially on the big jobs

Go after coaches and teachers. The order hundreds of shirts multiple times a year. Every year! Link up with a coach, team shirts, playoff shirts etc. then when that coach moves schools/districts, and they ALWAYS do! They give your contact info to new coach and they take you to the new school! Takes some time to build and they pay NET 90 here in Texas, but once you get them in then slowly raise prices as you get busy.

Great Question: Theoretically, but trade only really isn’t trade only these days. Imagine if you worked with a marketing firm and now that marketing firm who may provide the blanks can now just go to the blank company and also get it decorated.
