Could you please tell your sales people to stop selling this as a plug and play system. I specifically stated "I did not want to have to set a freaking app to get this to work", I wanted a plug and play system. He said "O that's what this is", well low and behold., that's NOT what this is. I will be returning this later today.

I'm already figuring out how I'll cable manage those Q4 Meta speakers! The price is great; now I just need to know how they sound relative to a Q350 bookshelf.

I just drill a 1" hole behind or above the baseboard, then another 1" hole behind the speaker. Fish tape the cable from the bottom up and plug it into the speaker. I'm considering buying a pair to go with my R series system to look exactly like the living room setup in this video. Very exciting!

Worst After-Sales Service and Warranty Handling for Such Expensive Speakers I recently purchased a pair of LS60 wireless speakers for almost 5000 from the KEF website, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Here’s what happened: 1. Delivery issues: Despite the hefty price tag, the delivery service only left the speakers at the entrance of my building. These speakers weigh 60 kg, and I was expected to carry them up to the 4th floor by myself. This is completely unacceptable for such an expensive, premium product. 2. Defective speakers and promised refund: After discovering defects in the speakers, I contacted KEF customer service. They offered me a 10% discount on August 16, and on August 20, I received an email saying that the refund would be processed and should appear in my account within 3-4 days. It is now September 11, and I still haven’t received the refund. Despite sending follow-up emails on August 29 and September 4, I’ve received no replies whatsoever. 3. Warranty issues: To make matters worse, on August 21, I was informed that because I accepted the 10% discount (even though I haven’t received it yet), my warranty would now be handled on a “case-by-case basis” at the discretion of the KEF technical team. This is a blatant violation of consumer protection laws, which clearly state that all products sold must come with a minimum two-year guarantee, regardless of any partial refund or discount. The lack of response, combined with the attempt to change the terms of my warranty, is simply outrageous. I expected much better service from a brand like KEF, especially considering the price point of their products. If you’re considering purchasing from KEF, beware of potential issues with delivery, refunds, and warranties.

Kef omits the word ‘bluetooth' and idiots start paying 600% more The LS50 Wireless ot LSX II are actually ‘just’ bluetooth speakers, dumbassses ! You can find exactly the same if not better for a fraction of Kef’s price. I got my LS50 black series edition and I am in love with them and their addictive sweet spot. I use both LS50 as main speakers for my KEF 7.1 KHT3005BL and definitely it is a match made in heaven, Thanks KEF team to make such superb audio system...
